Last days to register! | YES Forum 2018 Project Planning Meeting, Groningen, 10-11 October

Dear All,

Registrations close soon for YES Forum's 2018 Project Planning Meeting on the 10^th and 11^th October 2018! This time, it will be organised in Groningen, Netherlands, thanks to the collaboration with Jongerenwerk, Stichting Go and Hanzehogeschool (Hanze University).

All YES Forum EEIG and Associate members are cordially invited to join the Project Planning Meeting. Non-member organisations are also warmly welcome to this perfect opportunity to discover the YES Forum’s and its members’ work and developments. The event is open to both practitioners and young people!

You will have the opportunity to prepare the ground for new collaborations and project ideas, in a supportive context for productive networking, mutual learning, and planning. The PPM will also include an International Internship and Volunteering Market on the 11^th October morning, which will offer a great chance to promote our network and mobility towards local students from the Hanzehogeschool.

Nota Bene: Before the Project Planning Meeting, on the 9^th October, there will be the 2^nd Staff Training of "YES to Volunteering!" for YeToVo project partners.

Participating Conditions

Travel

• All participants are responsible for booking their travel.

• YES Forum EEIG members whose participation would create a significant financial burden for the organisation can apply for a Solidarity Contribution from the network. Please refer to the Registration form.

Financial Conditions

• For EEIG members, 1 night and catering during the whole event will be covered for free for 1 participant. The Associate fee will apply to additional participants.

• A participation fee will apply to Associate members (120€) and Guest organisations (180€), covering 1 night and catering for one participant as well.

• Additional nights can be booked by the YES Forum but will be covered by participants (89€ per night).

If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of your stay, you will be charged for all the nights you reserved. The participation fee and additional nights will have to be paid in advance.

If you already have a project idea that you want to present, please fill in this Google Doc with its basic outlines and prepare a Poster to bring to the Project Planning Meeting.
